Salary Grade C: ?15,807 - ?16,491 pro rata
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our premises team and play a key role in creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors to our Academy.
Past experience of undertaking building maintenance is essential to enable you to support colleagues to provide an effective and consistent building maintenance service. You will be required to develop safe methods of working to ensure the building and its grounds meet all health & safety requirements and kept safe and secure at all times.
A sound knowledge of Health & Safety at Work Regulations, together with general basic maintenance skills are essential as is the ability to effectively organise and plan work according to organisational needs.
The Academy generally operates between the hours of 6.30 am - 7.30 pm during the week, for which an alternating days and afters shift pattern will be worked. Occasional weekend work is required and therefore you will need a flexible approach to your working pattern.
